Philippines last Wednesday evening (11 March).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local news media accounts (<em>See <\/em>also below) relate that ballasting operations during the vessel&#8217;s loading were poorly carried out, causing the ship to list and then capsize. As a consequence of that capsize, mooring lines keeping the ship at dock violently parted. One of those lines struck Mr. Baricog while apparently on a break, seated on an adjacent bench; next to a fellow worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Links To Media Accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
