He died instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are ostensibly several videoclips chronicling the actual occurrence available over the internet. While we will not post any of them here, we will provide a link to one such video clip so those reading this post may have the option of viewing it, or not.  <strong>Be Warned: While somewhat
