If and when those facts are arrived at and made available this post will be updated accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cargo was consigned to a Russian firm constructing the El-Dabaa nuclear power plant, a project now under construction on the Mediterranean Coast; West of Alexandria city. In a 2017 agreement between the Egyptian and Russian governments, it is believed that the latter is financing 85% of construction costs and guaranteeing the supply of fuel for the life of the
