With great regret, Blueoceana Company has been informed of a fatal accident which took place early (approx. 3:00 AM) this morning at the Hutchison Port Holdings marine terminal situated at Freeport, Grand Bahamas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that accident, 27 year-old Mr. Anderson Adderley, believed to be a member of the ILA-affiliated Grand Bahama<\/em> Dock and Allied Workers Union, is said to have fallen a great distance from one of the terminal’s ship-to-shore gantry cranes that he was performing work on. Presently, we have no additional facts to relate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand that Mr. Adderley had graduated from the University of the Bahamas in 2024, with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
