understand that Mr. Matsuo Nakazawa, a 73 year old longshoreman\/terminal tractor operator at Yokohama port&#8217;s Honmoku Marine Terminal, received crushing injuries while under the hook awaiting a container being discharged from an RTG stack on the morning of 02 August 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For as-yet undetermined reasons, the container was either erroneously released from the crane&#8217;s spreader prematurely or mistakenly displaced from an adjacent container stack, landing on the rear section of the cab Mr. Nakazawa was sitting in; pushing it inward (<em>See <\/em>photo below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the victim&#8217;s crushing injuries were serious, he apparently also suffered a heart attack&#8230; which was  listed as the official cause of death later that
