He plunged approximately 10 stories; into the harbor&#8217;s waters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Known to us only as &#8220;Yang&#8221; (his surname), the media report linked-to below alleges that he was engaged in &#8220;<em>high altitude rust removal operations<\/em>&#8221; when he fell.
