Should further factual information describing the circumstances of this accident become available, this post will be updated accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE &#8211; 18 October 2023:  <\/strong>We now understand that on his lunch break Sr. Martinez chose to take a nap inside a grounded intermodal container. During his nap, an empty handler (side loader) was stacking containers and lifted the container Mr. Martinez occupied and placed it atop a two-high stack. Waking up, Sr. Martinez allegedly pushed open the door of the container and fell approximately twenty (20) feet to the container yard&#8217;s pavement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Link To Media
