understand that Sr. Patricio Cumian, at the time a pedestrian worker at TPV&#8217;s Terminal 2 at Valparaiso port, Chile, was struck and killed by a forklift truck that was being driven my another marine terminal worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limited media coverage does not reveal whether or not the industrial truck was moving in a forward or reverse direction, and does not indicate what sort of craft
