understand that Mr. Rafik Thawed, 31 was fatally injured when crushed between two intermodal containers that were loaded\/being loaded aboard an unnamed vessel at the Port of Bizerte, Tunisia on 15 June 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A least one witness has stated that the crane operator loading the containers could not see Mr. Thawadi in the position he was occupying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Link to Media
