During the time within which work had been paused, Sr. Morales fell an approximate distance of 70 feet (21.3 meters) into the adjacent bay; over the after edge of the walkway. Upon examination, it is alleged that the safety cable strung across the opening at that location was substantially corroded. Moreover, our source relates that the cable had been painted over, and so effectively masked its defective physical characteristic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preliminary Media Account
