He received serious injuries and died of them while in hospital later in the day. Another worker was also struck, but received less serious injuries and survived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media reports (<strong><em>See<\/em><\/strong> below) reveal that Sr. Guti\u00e9rrez was working the third shift servicing Hapag Lloyd&#8217;s <strong>C\/V SANTOS EXPRESS<\/strong> when the accident occurred at approximately 4:00 AM.
