Details of the accident that claimed his life have not been forthcoming through the company, the media nor the relevant investigative body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope to learn more of this incident, and will update this post if and when further factual information becomes available. Blueoceana Company has made several inquiries to industry colleagues in the nearby area, and hopes to receive their input before too long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE &#8211; 06 February 2023\/1:15 PM EST:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unconfirmed information coming to us relates that Mr. Lennon was a checker at a non-union facility, and was run over by an industrial [forklift] truck carrying lengths
