When (and if) such information becomes available to us, we will update this notice accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>24 January 2023 &#8211; 5:00 PM EST:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have learned that the fatally injured worker&#8217;s name was Mr. Ralf Niemann, a 43 year old docker who is survived by a wife and a four year old
