A medical issue is suspected, but not yet confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sr. Alessandro Bassi was operating a late model hatchback sedan transporting reefer parts and was accompanied by a fellow worker at the time of the incident. The passenger was able to free himself from the confines of the vehicle and swim back to the terminal.
