In that accident, we&#8217;re made to understand that the operator of a floating crane was killed when the superstructure of his lifting appliance came apart during bulk coal transfer operations, allowing the crane&#8217;s upper column, boom and the occupied cabin to fall onto the crane&#8217;s barge. Known to us only as &#8220;Mr. LVT.&#8221;, he died later in the day at a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Links To Media Accounts:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hon Net is noted as a transhipment export port for the coal-rich Quang Ninh province.
