With great regret, Blueoceana Company had been made to understand that Kenneth Golston, an ILA worker (member of ILA Local Union 1402) lost his life earlier today when a draft of lumber fell from the forks of an industrial truck, crushing him while on the apron of a general cargo terminal’s wharf at Tampa port, Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given the relative timing of this accident, many of the neutral facts we would wish to impart are presently unknown. We have it on good account, however, that the stevedore\/terminal operator is Ports America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
