by a fallen container while working in a container yard during vessel loadback operations at the PT Berlin Jasa Terminal Indonesia  (PTBJTI) on 15 August 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to media reports (<em><strong>See<\/strong><\/em> links below), Mr. Kastiawan was in the cab of his tractor when a reachstacker loading a twenty foot container onto his trailer malfunctioned&#8230;.. dropping
