In that accident, Sr. Dublin Ivan Zambrana Toledo, 37, a marine terminal maintenance &amp; repair worker, fell from a &#8220;considerable&#8221; height while performing work on a piece of unnamed port equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We know that the Sr. Zambrana Toledo was a member of the organized workforce at Antofagasta International Terminals (ATI), that he was married and that he had many friends. We hope for further, accident specific, details. Should additional information become available they will appear at this post, as updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>08 August:<\/strong>  Reports have confirmed that Sr.
