friend in South America about a fatal accident that occurred at the South Chilean port of Puerto Coronel on Wednesday (23 September).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In that accident, Sr. Patricio Octavio Martinez was killed when the mast of an industrial truck he was operating inside a marine terminal warehouse collapsed backward (<strong><em>See<\/em><\/strong><em> photos below<\/em>) and crushed him within the
