02 February 2020]"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With great regret, Blueoceana Company has received information from friends in Europe that Jos\u00e9 Antonio Sesmilo, 56, was fatally injured aboard the Dutch-flagged <strong>M\/V ARKLOW VALUE&nbsp;<\/strong>in the El Musel section of Gijon Port, Spain earlier this morning (02 February).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports received here, indicate that Sr. Sesmilo was in the vessel&#8217;s hold during a coal discharge operation;
