At present, he is known only as &#8220;<strong>Enrique A<\/strong>&#8221; or by his nickname, &#8220;<em><strong>Kike.<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In sum, the articles linked to below relate that the 43 year old worker suffered a fall of some 5-6 meters (16.5-19.5 Feet), when he fell from a crane that was engaged in the discharge of a bulk coal cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supplemental unconfirmed reports coming to the writer appear to indicate that some sort of shock load was imposed upon the lifting appliance, which caused the entirety of the plant to be jolted.
