Beaver, a 61 year old over-the-road commercial vehicle operator was struck and fatally injured by another truckman this morning (approx 9:00 AM) at the Mason Intermodal Transfer Facility, a GPA near dock rail yard served by the Norfolk Southern Railroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We await further reports, which will appear at this page as they become available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Now coming to us from friends on the ground at Savannah:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>06 December:<\/strong> We are made to understand that the fatally injured driver was in process of cleaning out an empty container of residual trash.
