The vessel was berthed at the Georgia Ports Authority&#8217;s Ocean Terminal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Two colleagues (a fellow member of Mr. Loadholt&#8217;s ILA Local Union 1414 and a stevedore superintendent] jumped into the River and were able to extract him from the partially submerged vehicle. They brought him to the portion of the SUV that was still above water and attempted to resuscitate him, but the victim had apparently been under the water for too long a period of time.
