GA Ports Authority Policeman Succumbs To Injuries Sustained at Marine Terminal [Atlanta, GA ~ 19 November 2015]

Corporal William Solomon, a member of the Georgia Ports Authority police force, died at a specialized Atlanta rehabilitation center on November 17th. Corporal Solomon was struck by a tractor trailer rig on March 2, 2015, while directing traffic at GPA’s Garden City Marine Terminal. The operator of the vehicle has been charged with a DUI offense, which will likely be upgraded to a greater charge in the wake of the policeman’s death.
