Information reaching Blueoceana Company from a friend there has us understand that Ms. Anja Aerts, a 46 year old checker was killed in an industrial truck accident at Terminal Zuid – Quay 118 Antwerp, Belgium last Friday (10 July).

Further particulars are presently matters of conjecture, but we are made to understand that the accident is under the active investigation of Belgium’s Labour Auditor’s Office.
