Container Depot Worker Run-Over by Industrial Truck; Dead of Crushing Injuries [Jakarta, Indonesia – 26 February 2026]

Blueoceana Company has learned of a fatal run-over accident that took place at the “Smart Depot Logistics” facility, located in the Marunda area of Jakarta port last Thursday (26 February).

In that accident, a 43 year old Smart Depot Logistics worker known only to us as “GH” received enormous crushing injuries when he was run-over by a container handling MT handler (Side lifter). He died instantly.

There are ostensibly several videoclips chronicling the actual occurrence available over the internet. While we will not post any of them here, we will provide a link to one such video clip so those reading this post may have the option of viewing it, or not. Be Warned: While somewhat cleansed, its content is suggestively graphic.
