Information coming to Blueoceana Company has us understand that Sr. Arturo Moo, a marine terminal worker employed at the Port of Progreso (Yucatan), Mexico was suffocated within Silo 3 at the port’s grain import/export terminal when a flow of soybeans engulfed him.
