Information made available to Blueoceana Company reveals that a tractor vehicle operator at a terminal located in Western Taiwan (Qingshui District, Taichung City) was struck and run-over by a mid sized industrial truck (a forklift) yesterday afternoon (08 May 2023).
The short videoclip that was shared with us begins by showing a pedestrian worker (the vehicle operator, Zahn Nan, 58) walking into the beginnings of a container yard with a cellphone firmly planted to his left ear. Immediately thereafter, the industrial truck (a forklift with a fully enclosed operator’s cab) appears coming in from the right and immediately strikes and runs over the pedestrian worker.
