Port Worker Fatally Injured in Bulk Sand Transfer Operation [Galisbay Port, Saint Martin, French Antilles – 15 April 2023]

Blueoceana Company has learned that Mr. Louis Langel, 62, a port worker in the employ of SDL Company, was killed in an accident wherein a crane he was operating became unstable and collapsed upon him during the transfer of bulk sand from a barge at Galisbay port, Saint Martin, French Antilles on the evening of 15 April 2023.

Further information will ostensibly become available with the conclusion of an investigation, which is now being undertaken.
