Over The Road Trucker Fatally Crushed at Marine Terminal [Santos, Brazil – 08 November 2022]

Blueoceana Company has become aware of a fatal accident occurring at the Bandierantes Deicmar Marine Terminal (Port of Santos, Brazil) on 08 November 2022.

While information is not currently plentiful, our understanding is that an as-yet unidentified 53 year old over-the-road commercial vehicle operator was backed into by one of the marine terminal’s large industrial trucks and pushed into the rear of a container/chassis combination he had been moving moments earlier. The crushing injuries he received were fatal.
