With great regret, Blueoceana Company has learned that a yard tractor operator at the DP World terminal in the port of Santos, Brazil died in what is likely a drowning accident when his vehicle went off the edge of the facility’s wharf the afternoon of 12 October 2022.

Reports coming to us imply that the unnamed operator may have become suddenly incapacitated as the predicate for this accident.
