Port Authority Operations Chief is Fatal Victim in Large Industrial Truck Tire Explosion [Santa Marta, Colombia – 03 September 2021]

News coming to Blueoceana Company indicates that Mr. Garivaldi Sandoval Perez, 47 and a high ranking executive within the port of Santa Marta (Colombia) Port Authority, was fatally injured last Friday (03 September) when a large tire mounted on an industrial truck exploded. From what we understand, Mr. Sandoval Perez suffered a high-impact head injury when struck by the tire’s rim.
