Turkish Merchant Mariner Fatally Run Over Aboard Ro-Ro Ship [Sète, France – 04 April 2021]

Reports coming to Blueoceana Company provide that a 43 year old Turkish national serving aboard an unnamed DFDS Ro-Ro vessel was run over by a yard tractor that was engaged in the discharge of trailers from the ship on the evening of 04 April 2021 at Sète port, France.

A fire-rescue company responded and transferred the accident victim to a nearby hospital, where he died.
