Information coming to Blueoceana Company reveals that Gerardo Velázquez García, 37, a yard tractor operator at the CEMEX marine terminal at Veracruz port, Mexico, was fatally injured when the trailer he was moving overturned during a maneuver at the cement exporting facility.
