Dockworker Fatally Injured While Moving Cellulose Bales In Port Warehouse [Puerto Coronel, Chile – 23 September 2020]

Withe great regret, we’ve been informed by a friend in South America about a fatal accident that occurred at the South Chilean port of Puerto Coronel on Wednesday (23 September).

In that accident, Sr. Patricio Octavio Martinez was killed when the mast of an industrial truck he was operating inside a marine terminal warehouse collapsed backward (See photos below) and crushed him within the vehicle’s cab.
