Late arriving news emanating from Vietnamese news sources reports that Nguyen Cong Ha, an over the road truck driver calling for a container at the ICD marine terminal in Tam Cang, Dinh Vu industrial zone, Hai Phong, was run over and killed by a container reach stacker the morning of 20 April 2019.
