Marine Terminal Electrician Falls To His Death, As Cab Detaches From Container Gantry Crane  [Fernandina Beach, FL ~ 15 July 2016]

Tim Dubberly, an electrician at the Kinder Morgan-owned Nassau Terminals in Fernandina Beach, was killed in an industrial accident on 15 July when the container crane operator’s cab he was working in became detached from the lifting appliance’s boom. The cab fell approximately 100 feet to the dock (see photograph below) whereupon Mr. Dubberly sustained fatal injuries.
